Vulture Funds are never good, if they ever take a stake in a company, it's hardly for bullish gains, instead they would use their insider positions to their advantage. I feel like as long as these vultures are circling DCTH, it'a not good news for any investor. the sad thing is, there is no way to get rid of them. It's funny because that is how they make their money, no actual work or due diligence or even proper mental evaluation given facts....they just manipulate the market to their advantage.
