It’s not the existence of patents,it’s the representation by Emil Malak and Voippal’s BOD of value that simply (so far) does not exist.
Apple et al have to respond in kind to this type of law suit,if they didn’t there would be an onslaught of claims against them.
Perhaps if they talked less value but (proven) and still significant to us shareholders they may have a chance to attract a buyer.

Yes, totally preposterous, isn't it! I could just hear Emil, "VPLM has spend years/resources developing a patent suite, but believe it has little or no value, we just did it for the exercise". He continues, "Even though our patent suite has no value, we are going to spend years more suing aapl, t, vs and twtr, defending our suite at the PTAB and just being a nuisance in general".

RIGHT, little value, but Emil/VPLM Team has successfully defended our case at the PTAB with an 8-0, 100% record versus aapl, t, vz, Unified Patents and their 125+ claims! Let me repeat, 8-0, 100% record!

Great points you make, Mud. Hope my post adds a tiny bit. Yes, we still have battles to face, but one we don't have to face is whether VPLM is a scam! THAT IS RIDICULOUS!
