Cura it would have had to have been an AGREED UPON rate of conversion SET FORTH in the agreemnt.

Especially since if you will be MUST be at 4$ and $4x's 12.78 shares would in fact make them out like bandits @ $51.12

I do believe this was a consideration on BOTH part to make this happen.

NSM requirement REQUIRED listing @$4

WMIH requirement was at time of AGREEMENT aprox 1.34x's 12.97 or 17.37 so number work out pretty close
