Wouldn't it actually be better if iTeknik were able to just file the lawsuit in AZ intead of postponing it? They're the ones pursuing legal action, not the other way around. Or is postponing it better overall because of a greater chance they'll settle out of court in order not to drag it out...
Definitely looks like odds are in our favor though either way, and ITKH can put the results a banger PR (or filing, not sure how they're supposed to announce it) and shoot this share price thru the roof! $$$$$$
