So far it isn't in compliance - I have no idea why you think he is in compliance.

Did you read the 8-K?

"On January 8, 2018, we received a letter from OTC Markets that the bid price of our Class A common stock had closed below $0.01 for more than 30 consecutive calendar days and no longer meets the Standards for Continued Eligibility for OTCQB."

Hanks clearly stated:

"We intend to maintain compliance with the OTCQB Standards."

With the dumping from the toxic lenders - MMEX will continue to not meet the the OTCQB eligibility requirements.

"To the extent that market conditions do not otherwise result in our Class A common stock exceeding the minimum closing bid price requirements, we would expect to effect a reverse split of our Class A common stock in order to achieve compliance with the OTCQB Standards."

Wishful thinking and hoping won't change the fact that Hanks has warned shareholders that he intends to do a reverse split to maintain the OTCQB listing.

April 8th is 90 days - MMEX has a little over a month to cure the eligibility requirements - which is 10 consecutive days at $0.01 or greater.

Time is running out.

Bro,
We got 14 days before there is no going back from having to do a R/S..

Your right hank never said outright that he is going to do a R/S.

He basically said if he has to, to maintain compliance he will!

We are 14 days away from that becoming a reality!!!!! He will have to if, within 14 days we arn't over .01.... I really hope they have big news planned to be released in the next 14 days.

Arguing over things like this does no1 any good, it isn't the real issue here. The issue is the potential R/S on the horizon. Every person (like me) who is invested in this stock should be extremely worried and alarmed about this.

This sucks, my account is red with mmex. And has been for like 2 months+

If this R/S goes through it is verification of all the doomsayers to me. IMO

Every R/S I have experienced has been very bad for my stock account.

Factually MMEX is not in compliance with the QB market requirements - that is the subject, and requirement for the 8-K, notifying shareholders that MMEX is in default, having failed to maintain a PPS above 0.01 for 30-days.

It is usually beneficial to read the entire document. MMEX having failed to comply with the QB requirements, and in default, absent market conditions otherwise, intends to maintain QB compliance. Absent market forces changing things, the only remedy is to execute a reverse split.

MMEX, and its management team are among the least competent in business - they've managed to drive nearly 90% of the company's market cap down from the peak, and hammer it nearly 70% in the last 57-trading days.

So, the statement "...he is in compliance." is false.

After today, there will be only 18-trading days remaining to become compliant - otherwise MMEX will de-list from QB (which kills the Crown Bridge deal), or execute a reverse split. Pretty black and white - facts are that way...

NOW. That's what I'm talking about. I want to thank you for that.

And if I can have a moment of time here I would like to go over what I am seeing here.

Jack sez

"We intend to maintain compliance with the OTCQB Standards. To the extent that market conditions do not otherwise result in our Class A common stock exceeding the minimum closing bid price requirements, we would expect to effect a reverse split of our Class A common stock in order to achieve compliance with the OTCQB Standards."

Now that's what Jack sez.

He didn't say that he was going to effect a reverse split.

He said, "To the extent that market conditions do not otherwise result in our Class A common stock exceeding the minimum closing bid price requirements"

Then he sez "we would expect to effect a reverse split of our Class A common stock in order to achieve compliance with the OTCQB Standards."

Key word "Expect"

BUT. So far he is in compliance. So he doesn't have to reverse split.

The game ain't over until the buzzer buzzes. It hasn't buzzed yet.

He has done so many phenomenal things that he just likely pull this dad gummed thing off.

And when he does, what will be said next?

I have a good topic. The road, it's too wide. Yeah that's a good one. And its too dusty, no that won't work because it made of dirt. Oh I got it. All of Jack's trucks are killing too many rabbits, yeah that's it . The amount of rabbits being run over by MMEX trucks is unacceptable.
