This is FALSE. The assets being Purchased are legit. NVC Fund has MAJOR assets and Patrick is acquiring a very small fraction with $350 million for $PDXP.
Also per Frank with NVC Fund the deal is currently in escrow and is going forward. The assets should show on Q1 report once finalized. Frank has expressed that he will indeed help Pat and isn't going to take this SEC over reach sitting down.
Will be interesting to see if the The International Court of Justice steps in to back the SEC down like they did with US Capital Private Bank case. For those that aren't privy to the documents I've seen NVC Fund holds a tremendous amount of assets in US Capital Bank among others. Yes as in Trillions. Just one certified, notarized document has $1,320,000,000,000.00 that is backed by Gold.
