Please provide the footnotes on the "insider ownership"
I think that you will see that insiders "own" very little and that the numbers provided, in compliance with SEC rules, include exercisable options.
GTCB insiders actually own very little shares.

symboltech’s reply in #1231 is correct: the equity stakes shown in the annual-meeting proxy statement (as of 4/6/06) included options that were already exercisable or become exercisable within 60 days.
