The numbers you are seeing on Yahoo Finance are incomplete numbers, and have been there for days now. They are simply pulled from the last 8K.
The market cap changes daily, as the closing price changes. Share count shown, 23.29M, is the old outstanding volume from the merger agreement, representing the CVSU common stock authorized and issued.
The share count therefore does not include the FHAL shares converted, as we all know the cumulative outstanding share count is in excess of 100M. Please do not refer to this information for "current" valuations.
This is misleading information, just like folks assuming a 10/13 dividend date. That is simply a reference to the deadline for the next filing. Do not expect a dividend payment on the 13th.
