Actually the 10K isn't due until MONDAY the 16th. It sounds like it is done when you listen to last nights interview. The fact that he produces it no matter what's in it will probably keep the stock afloat a little longer...until people see what the reset is all about.

By the way nice post monday saying the stock is going to continue to go down. Hmm Up 40%. Doesn;t look down to me :)
