That's funny. Absolutely hilarious. They harvested 200 acres of high CBD hemp worth many many millions, and now they're broke? They could have sold a few kilos of that hemp and financed a dozen labs and still be rolling in the dough.
Did they grow the hemp? Still not so sure about that. But it's been proven time and again the hemp strain they say they grew tested THC hot and had to be destroyed, per the CDA. I've emailed Cortez and the company countless times asking them to please refute that they had to destroy the crop, but not a peep from them. Nothing but silence.
So yeah, they're broke alright. Because they are doubtless the most inept bunch imaginable. They had a homerun stock in their hands and could have make themselves and their investors millionaires, but because of their stupidity, they blew it big time. So now they dilute into the hype not 3B or 6B or 10B, no, they're going all out and are diluting 20B shares.
What they're doing is indefensible, so why even try?
