You have an asset (cash) but also PFDs recorded as Equity. Don't mistake the Core Capital data with the Equity. In FnF don't coincide due to the label "Cumulative" in the SPS. That's why the Core Capital currently shows a Deficit of around $70,000 million, while the Equity is positive (now negative due to the last Earnings report, but will be zero at the end of March due to the draw to Treasury)
