NDX needs to stay above IXIC to be bullish..

the 6mo is poor at this time but the 3mo is showing improvement..
and the short term has got even better...
It seems the rally from March has been mostly in smaller
caps. To get real legs the NDX has to catch up some more..
and it just may do it..
