Benandemmiboo, the meeting is not in April (if you are referring to the Annual Shareholders meeting).

The Consent Solicitation (for the increase in shares and the reverse split) will be on or before 5 PM EST On April 6, 2018.

I have not seen an official announcement of the date for the Annual Shareholders Meeting but believe it will be sometime in June.

I agree! I am considering buying some of a particular "scam" stock today. I have scalped it a few times and it looks about ripe. It's a sad state of affairs for DCTH that I feel more comfortable buying shares of a stock that is commonly considered to be a "scam" stock than I do in averaging down again in this one. The actions you stated weigh very heavily in that decision.
