Not all documents filed with the Commission by public companies will be available on EDGAR. Companies were phased in to EDGAR filing over a three-year period, ending May 6, 1996.

Get it? Ekejija's S-6 was supposed to be from 2009. LONG after 1996. And the "hardship exemption" no longer exists. Everybody has a computer nowadays.
