The Legalization decision will occur by June 7th. Sale of recreation marijuana in Canada delayed until August.

Canadians will have to wait until at least early August – and maybe as late as early September – to legally purchase recreational marijuana.
The general opinion for many months has been the July 1st date would have not give suppliers enough time to meet expected demand. Minor delays will not significantly improve the expected shortfall. Add to this the increasing demand on Canadian growers from the global medical market and the notion of the delay causing "millions in losses" to any medical LP company is ridiculous.
The panic selling is likely individuals who don't trust their research or haven't done any. It's a great buying opportunity if your looking to hold for the next 12-24 months.
At some point in the very near future these prices will reverse leaving many wishing they had bought. JMHO
