Evidently the SEC is unwilling or is incapable of effectively remedying NSS , since they allow the practice under Reg Sho .

I do think that BKMP's strategy of implementing the BKMPP dividend will be ( much ? ) more effective than the NOBO strategies being used by other companies .
The Brokerages MUST , MUST , MUST acquire proportionate BKMPP for every BKMP common , real or NSS , because the NASD validated BKMPP as a legal entity co-joined to BKMP .
IMO the risks and consequences for being exposed are far greater than whatever monetary costs will be borne by the Brokerages for remedying the NSS in BKMP common .
