Beischens......I'm seeing 14E/year, but I think you are correct in your cost assumption otherwise. That number probably includes an interest factor of payment over time.

Here's another site that indicates an Energy Cabin cost factor of $130E total; perhaps for a different model. Plus $5E annual maintenance costs, noted at the bottom.
