Seems to me a reverse split is now almost inevitable, followed by the anticipated share offering at or around $2.50?! Can foresee a ten for one reverse split and then a short attack driving down share price from there. Shareholders here deserve a better outcome than that!

Delisting is much better choice for this kind of company because they have solid sales. They can survive with income. They only have to cut expenses from monthly 1M to 500k and that's it.

I suppose sales will double this year and then they have income enough to continue present projects just as they are now.
