With a .037 x .042 bid/ask gap, it doesn't appear as though the MM's exactly want to "give away the store". They know that the price has been hammered for no real reason. It took forever this morning to snag a few more shares at .042. We'll see how low the MM's want to manipulate it down before I buy a little more. This will bounce back soon IMHO.
