That is why I use a broker like Scottrade. There are never any issues with divy deals. Most end up not being worth anything so brokers don't worry about it but these divies do in fact have worth. It doesn't get any better than preferred shares.
If they did not abide by the 3 day rule and make sure that those shares were there I would be all over them like white on rice raising hell. There is absolutely no excuse for this and any of you that use E Trade should be mad as hell!!!!
