Maybe you need to go watch the NEOM board for a few days. That supposed myth is fact over there. I know very well, because I and a few other posters critical of the companies management have been attacked relentlessly. If you are in the clique of pumpers you can post what ever you want, if you are a nay sayer you are supposed to teo the line. I have been even accused these past few days of being involved with an illegal scandel, in reference to Tobin Smith issuing a sell recommendation on NEOM last Friday, and i dont even post on the board anymore. Now its alleged I left the same time the scandel hit and am involved?
The Off Topic posts by the in crowd are allowed, and the moderator even stated they are allowed, yet when I responded to someone with an off topic post the first time I recieved a warning from MATT. Next time it was the MODERATOR that started an off topic discussion about how some posters are out to discredit moderators. I responded to that moderators post and was banned from posting on that site. Go figure.
I guess its more of a fact then some here want to realize for obvious reasons. If they held these moderators to a standard, then they might be without moderators and have to spend more time policing the boards themselves, and they dont want that do they?
Yes the posts that are removed may be flawed and so MATT sees no problem with their removal. What he dont see is the similiar posts by others that are not removed, thus sending mixed messages, as to whats allowed and whats not.
