I have Schwab and they allowed me to transfer my escrowed commons from zecca-Tradeking back in 2014. And I have bought CTs thru schwab in 2016 and also many millions of a sub-penny OTC pink stock BIEL.pk.
You may want to check again. Schwab is very good for OTC shares.
