Not a chance. Nor should it be necessary. The moderators should allow all on-topic dialog that is in compliance with the TOU, and the users should post on-topic and within the TOU. Inevitably, excessive abuses by either "side" tend to be met with abuses by the other. It's a vicious circle that usually can only be stopped with bans and/or moderator replacements. Particularly when offending participants won't grow up.
