Kidding? Insulting investors/posters as to their level of intelligence is nothing more than smoke and mirrors trying to convince others that only they understand the complexities and if you understand, you get a gold star...if not, you need to face the fact that you are too stupid to understand.
Just like the internet, there is always a means to send the message...innumerable routes to take. Different people, different ways. And it may surprise you how simple it is.
If HAON "really" wants to get their pps to .01...and they have the means, they will do it. How they do it will be their choice, not ours. Ours is only to hope it works..
I may offer an idea too but no one is stupid by not agreeing with it or even understanding how my opinion would work. In reality, I would like to be right (ego needs some self assurance from time to time) but do pigs really fly?
When HAON flies (my bet is that it is a jet, not a pig), it will do it on its own accord. The approach they took (will take), at some point, will be clarified at some time all to see how it really happened. Time to wait and see.
