What does Wayne have to do with AMDAQ? Isn't he just a shareholder like the rest of those he scammed? He owns 1.12M of 15M shares...that he has disclosed, that is. Of course that was a subsidiary dark company it merged with so he could own 99% for all we know.

On paper, not much. But, I'm willing to bet we don't have the complete details of his involvements. Many of us were quite surprised when Wayne resigned. But, with a wink and a nod, we play along until the next news update.
