There have been 355,033,663 shares issued by the Sauers. You can't find them in the filings. The filings show the shares issued for FINANCING and not the Rule 144 shares issued for "goods and services". It is accumulated and reflected as a separate line item in the financial statements:

Don't mix financing shares with Rule 144 shares. They are different and separate. The financing shares are all Registered at the time of issue through an S-1 registration statement. They are free-trading when issued. Rule 144 shares are eligible to be traded in 6 months and free-trading in 12 months.
