Isaac is very smart about how he utilizes his PR's. He doesn't post them every 2 weeks like a typical pump and dump. He gives it time to grow, build strength and waits for the next line of investors. A PR to the same group of investors will do little good. We just have to be patient and hold a new low for the next piece of news. At least he didn't dump a crap load of shares making this thing go nowhere. That was not his style last time and I really don't think it will be this time. He is going to build this thing up. It's only the second PR, GOIG has a long ways to go!
