What is your point? Was the $400K payment delinquent, as of the time threshold of the 8KA (period ending june 30)? When/what is the due date on the administrative fee?
There is nothing misleading about showing the obligatory payment as a liability (obligation) against the asset. Its the equivalent of an accounts payable valuation, no more, no less.
