Thats false the T/A is not gagged. A/S is 4 billion and O/S was 3.7 billion on 2/2. With all the volume its gotten bigger.

And since Bishop cannot seem to get the ticker current he will in fact raise the A/S. He has already put out a PR the increase is coming

Sure, you can point out the few exceptions that run with heavy floats.
