Oh they sure are. Most people are aware that rule 144 allows for the shareholder to sell after 6 months. Let’s take a look at when these shares were issued. The most recent was May 31, 2016 making them eligible for sale at the end of November 2016. The others were issued in 2014 and 2015. Hmmmm, I wonder why they haven’t sold them especially considering the price has been as much as 5x this level in the last year
