Fair enough, it's your money and you have every right to be careful if you don't feel comfortable. I was just referencing the one bond in the 8k, however several bonds can be confirmed in Global funding agreements which were filed with the state of georgia, signed by Cason, and Harris.
With just that one bond though, the value of this company is much greater then $2 a share IMO.
In closing, I am about as confident as anyone can get that this thing is gonna happen. $15 reset will happen without a doubt in my mind. Will it go to $75 like some claim? I have no clue, noone really does, until we see the deals they have lined up and the exact way this will all play out.
