Well, seems to me that it would be the SEC filing that really counts since it is all about the stock, right? I think someone is misleading you, and it is not me! If the state filing is good enough for you...what can I say.
BTW, I have never questioned whether the documents ever existed, so having proof they are filed means nothing. The question for me is are those numbers worth the paper they are printed on?

I dont believe that Conversion is a Georgia corp, is it? According to the SEC, it's a delaware corp.
