Yeah, he did mention that PR he was going after him - but guess what, according to Rufus he hasn't filed anything! Not to mention the newswire service it went out over mentioned to Rufus about ewhen he would be filing it. I got the impression that was being frowned upon by the newswire...I think there is a name for doing that sort of thing, but it escapes me right now...need more coffee!

They have... sort of.
You can't buy CSHD through them now... for a while until they can clear up the mess they are in. When they posted that you could not buy... that should have been a red flag on the broker not the stock.
Tells you that they are not doing something kosher and against the rules of a publicly traded stock. Now why is it that if something was not wrong, they halted buying? Other brokers let you buy... but not Ameritrade. They say you can sell but you cannot buy... seems that there have been a lot of buy orders that they filled but failed to deliver or cannot deliver the shares unless they can resupply what they sold.... failure to deliver means they they have naked shorted the stock... they borrowed or and sold something they did not have.
So if they publicly stated something against what they are being accused of and yet put a halt to buying... it kind of says they are guilty doesn't it?
