Your 100% correct Mary the only Q that has any meaning to ONCI is the Q that is Reported every 3 months and everything else is only BS and opinions and the SEC & FINRA approve no type Audit on BS & opinions but it does appear that Tim the last CEO was trying to run the Company that way JMO.
