I can agree to your summary, but it kind of feels that the opposite of what was suppose to happen, is happening:

1. No more dillution (O/S +50%. Was not communicated or expected)
2. COSO (communicated, but we still lack indipendent management and directors and progress. Web-page seem to have died)
3. Listing in HK (expected, but we hear nothing around progress i.e pre IPO etc)
4. TRI-WAY distribution (expected, but did not happen. First F1 process making "meaningful progress", and then save tax so wait for 2018, and now mid Feb and still no shares has hit my account). YEARS of PR around COSO and share dividends
5. CEO "feels our pain", but still finds it meaningfull to steal from us by changing his compensation plan to $730.000 - whereas 50% to buy shares for. This creates even more dillution for us on top of all other hits against the share
6. Megaloan (expected, but they just slightly held back on promising. We are now 15 Feb 2018 and 0 of 5 banks signed their $20 mill. TRW could grow without the loan, so why not PR info on plan B now and work on the pre-IPO?
7. SIAF Sweden with no employees, I saw on Linkedin that Erik Ahl left - no info from the company
8. Memo about collateral (PR'd, but not to be found on their web site)
9. Annual (!) General Meeting (tell-them-what-they-want agenda lacked, but no AGM for 2017 yet - and we are on 15 Feb)
10. Alessandro - millions of shares unaccounted for, and obviously deals are made behind the back of other shareholders
11. Tony presenting 2.500t seafood production, while official company PR is 9000t
12. Lack of directors in the audit comittee? Yap left
13. Approx $30 mill on capex in 2017, while there never is cash for dividends

EDIT:
14. Announcing a design deal for CA - was it $150 mill? They only forgot to annouce that the customer was established as a company 2-3 months ahead (probably by solly himself)
15. Lying about Transparent-Dan's CV doing government work and charity work (he set up a profit based charity company I have been told). (no FB, no Linkedin, no pic on company pages but still very Transparent)
16. Hundreds of mill $ in capex last years - where did it all go?

Is there really hope for a TRW trade on Hong Kong? Ever?

I am not going to chearleed and help them, just in case we are being exploited. If they want the PPS to rise, they need to DELIVER RESULTS!
