No the check comes from the profits of the company. Once again Mike alexander has nothing to do with this. The merger is complete. No matter what you claim, Rufus and Ben are in charge of the company. Alexander is gone. The filings with the state of Georgia confirm this. That is PROOF that the merger is complete. PERIOD!
