A/R's? Impossible, unless either you never invoiced them in the first place OR the A/R number- $1.6MM is overstated. If the A/R's were around $300k, then that number makes sense. Here we have a case of voodoo accounting- inventing A/R's. You can always create goofy ways to account for sales- you cant hide from cash. Cash is not BS, it is what it is. With this goofball, you need to follow the cash-from there you can see what is really happening.
