We aren't talking about the shares issued under their EPAs. Those were issued at a 28% discount and got sold immediately.
The Rule 144 shares are the 100M+ shares they issued for "consulting" to friends and family. The basis for those shares is ZERO. Sales are pure profit.
There never was any real business here. They bought 6 turbines and 6 towers from China last year. I have given links to the import documents proving this. Google it for yourself.
