Since when is 100M+ Rule 144 shares eligible to sell "no overhang"?

Still get no answer as to how they are going to pay their bills now that they have run out of cash and have no more shares they can sell under their S-1.

Unless and until you see another S-1 and an EFFECT certification from the SEC, there is no cash and their accounts payable had already ballooned.

The proof has been shown they are delinquent in required SEC filings and they were warned by the OTC Markets about their numerous Reg FD violations. Right after being warned, we saw yet another violation posted on this board where they were giving out material nonpublic information to an individual.

This scam is a joke and isn't even on life support anymore. The plug was pulled and the last quivering breath is being exhaled. Doing you a favor by warning you and giving you verifiable facts. It was a great money-maker for years, but the death spiral is complete and the gig is up.
