I would also agree that Avid should be currently valued over $7
But, in a buyout, considerations should be made for any tax write-off potential.
Additionally, I would hope that before being bought out CDMO would announce new biz customers that should also boost the PPS.
My guess, IF CDMO would be bought out in the next couple months, it would probably be in the range of $10 to $20 per share depending on announcement of new customers.
