The details are thin with Oncologie but as you say those details should come out in the 10Q. Hopefully everything is straight forward. It would help to know who owns Oncologie.

Recent 8-K Says CDMO Doesn't Plan ReleasingDetails Until...

they release the end of year 10-K, so I regretfully doubt there will be anything other than a speed bite in the next quarterly 10-Q/ My question would be, is there any legal way to force release of the actual Purchase Agreement soon instead of waiting until mid July (or later?)
