They will announce new contracts when ICLD's chart technicals are golden. They announced a subsidiary sale right when the O/S was maxed, that wasn't coincidental. Neither will the contract news release be coincidental. I'm guessing they wait until the low .01s to announce it as it will not take much effort to move from .007 to .01 and no need to waste ammo.

Indeed. It's just another scary ghost story, LOL, that they are not following SEC rules on the news.


Anyone who has been around any length of time knows how this all works.

This has all been set up by a company which has turned things around. The hard part is over....now we wait for the fun part. And, IMO, those of us who collected shares here and took advantage of the situation will be having a lot of fun.

The MC here is ridiculous.
