im pretty sure that Mensah and his lawyers are in contact with the SEC. i was thinking that perhaps the Fund got a little nervous because of the SECs involvement and that is why they wanted to back out..
as for Rufus and the asia and abassador thing...i have no idea either. keep in mind this is the same guy that insinuated that Ameritrade's CFO change was his doing in the same interview...LOL.
