raguse, I think they had already passed everything to KPMG, and KPMG probably threw it back in their face and said, HEY..that ain't good enough! We know you guys haven't been audited before but we need 1, 2, 3,...99, and sent Sulja to get them all that they needed. I would imagine once that first round was done, KPMG again came back and said we need 1, 2, 3...., and Sulja again complied. There may have already been a number of these rounds.
MY take on it was that Petar NOW thinks they have complied with all requests for the FINAL INDEPENDENT AUDIT, and he thinks this time they'll get'er done! THAT is MY take on it. Delays in being sure that Sulja had everything documented properly. Just a part of going public, instead of remaining private, and being audited under SOX regs. Nothing like throwing a $6M net rev acquisition in there just to appease the shareholders a little. I think that was a nice gesture, but I think it was a nominal PR compared to what I think they have yet to PR...JMO.

I read that part as "PWC has finished the full audit, and now it will be passed on to KPMG for final inspection." We are so close now. Come on Snips or Petar...errr I mean allinone, back me up here.
