I read it as the audit has been submitted for quite sometime and he passed on dates to shareholders based on what the 3rd party auditors relayed to him. He then informed shareholders that he would not make the same mistake twice.

Jannie >>WE HAVE COMPLETED OUR INTERNAL AUDIT AND ARE CONFIDENT IN TERMS OF ITS ACCURRACY AND COMPLETENESS IN TERMS OF ILLUSTRATING THE FINANCIAL STABILITY OF THE COMPANY AND THE EFFICACY OF OUR PUBLIC STATEMENTS REGARDING THE NUMBEROUS AND VARIED VENTURES WE ARE NOW FORTUNATE TO BE A PART OF ... WE HAVE PASSED ON THIS REPORT AND ALL SUPPORTING DOCUMUENTATION USED IN ITS PREPARATION TO OUR FINAL INDEPENDENT THIRD-PARTY AUDITOR. WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER A DATE-CERTAIN RELEASE OF THEIR FINDINGS

You are absolutely correct...you read it one way, I read it another. Truth of the matter is somewhat evasive isn't it ?

Cheers

Now re-read these portions in conjunction with your language that follows:

"I would also be institutionalized for being even more insane than I am already for waiting (as do you all) for the final stamp to come down on the tremendous efforts put forth by our own internal accountancy to produce a clear, concise snapshot of the success we have had and will continue to bring to the bottom-line of our shareholders.

However, I have now concluded that I have no such capabilities. I based this circumstance upon the number of occurrences that I was told in "absolute certainty" that "Big Five" stamp would arrive on a date-certain. The resulting headaches and exacerbations shared by us all lead me to what I now offer to you as my final statement regarding the eminent release of our audit. It recites as follows:"

It is this language that strongly leads me to believe that he has been waiting on the stamped audit to arrive on a date-certain in the PAST, indicating to me that they submitted the internal audit materials some time ago.

Let me add: I see absolutely NOTHING evasive about any of this language.

Just my input. I hope you didn't sell quite yet; if you did, I urge you to hopefully reconsider your decision and re-enter at a point comfortable to you.

Cheers!
