It is this language that strongly leads me to believe that he has been waiting on the stamped audit to arrive on a date-certain in the PAST, indicating to me that they submitted the internal audit materials some time ago.
Let me add: I see absolutely NOTHING evasive about any of this language.
Just my input. I hope you didn't sell quite yet; if you did, I urge you to hopefully reconsider your decision and re-enter at a point comfortable to you.
