This is not to question your honesty... I might have a party interested in the Texas properties if they are, in fact, for sale: So, please inform the board regarding exactly how you know for a certainty that the Texas properties are for sale? Is it a rumor or is it fact? And assuming it is fact, how is contact to be made to get in on the bidding?
