no need to IPO the mining company as it is already public...

Can't tell you how long it will take to get the shares of the mining portion, but that is already valued at over 100 million plus per PR's...

all this can be found on globals website, as well as Sedar filings...
Best way to do DD, just don't take it from a message board...
