I think that info was a bone to let folks know that there is more happening by the company then just waiting for AFs. So you we need to know the details but at least you seem to believe they actually did make the deal. That is two bases passed what a naysayer would think.

I don't think that info will be reflected in the AF's we're waiting on right now. Probably should be in the subsequent events in the Notes to Financials but don't know if all the detail will be there. Should definitely be in the AF's ending 12/31/06.
