No worse case scenario is they re-issue 200 million shares. I don't see that happening, but that is worse case... RS 5-1 then issue 200 million new shares on top of that.. that is worse case.
and if the warrants can be gotten for .025 not .125 the price reflects at .30.035 for RS, now those shares are 10 baggers plus, much more apt to sell if you have those warrants at a price not readjusted for RS. \2-3 times your money is okay, and worth waiting for, but 10 times your money with no risk, you sell that and take the profits all day.
