Not out of the realm of possibility in OTC. Go no farther than PTOP, ran from trips to nearly .07 cents within a span of one month last Dec.

What a crock of crap

MINE has a history of making huge runs. The company has gone current, this maybe a precursor of an important development underway. Just a speculation on my part, we simply don't know yet.
